Chelsea’s Choice: Smarty Pants Drill

September 8, 2014 By Chelsea Lipford Wolf 27 Comments

**This giveaway has ended. Scroll down to see the winner and click over to my giveaway tab to see my current giveaway!

Hopefully, you’ve had a chance to watch my latest webisode on building a privacy lattice wall. If so, no need to read any further. Just skip ahead to enter yourself for a chance to win this awesome drill from Black+Decker with AutoSense technology. If you haven’t seen the episode, then read this, enter, and go watch it to see the drill in action!

Not only does this drill come with enough power for most any job in a compact 20 volts, it’s smart too! You don’t have to fuss with a clutch to control the speed. You just push 1 of 2 buttons right on top. One button for when you have a screw and one button for when you’re using a drill bit.

But my favorite part is it stops when the screw is flush with the material you’re screwing it into! The drill slows itself down so you now it’s getting close, and then it stops at just the right spot. No more stripping screws, messing up drywall because you went to deep, or stopping short! Use the widget below to enter for your chance to win your very own smarty pants drill!

Thanks so much for the contest. This drill looks great, since I have a tendency to strip screws when I’m doing my household projects!

WOW! I can’t count the times I’ve ripped a hole instead of fixing a screw properly.

I never will use social media but love Today’s Homeowner show.

Tried a few times to enter this sweep but was only able to get 2 entries in – because it now seems to only allow entry for those who are registered with facebook.

Hope you can fix that glitch for any possible sweeps down the road.

Will still continue to be a fan of the show and hope to build my tool collection back (which was stolen) a little at a time.

Thanks for providing an opportunity to win tools. 🙂

I love helping my husband with all of his remodeling jobs around the house. I do have a tenancy to strip screws so it would make him very happy to win one. Thanks for the chance.

Lookie! It’s a shelf for your bookies! 🤣Build Lookie! It’s a shelf for your bookies! 🤣Building a shelf unit custom for ANY space in your home is so simple and can be done over and over again to add much needed storage aka sanity! The kids were running all over the house at bedtime trying to find a book to read because we had them stashed in baskets and shelves in several different rooms. So I took advantage of this space in the hall next to a closet to create a central location for their books and some of mine too! Plus it adds a little character to an otherwise blah space!🙌🏻

First step is to layout the flow of your fluttering butterflies with the large and medium sizes from the pack, leaving room for the small ones. Then fill in spaces with the small size and pat yourself on the back! So easy!
The whole Wolfpack has been staying at my parents’ house on the river for the past week while our hardwood floors are being refinished. Since the kids had the whole week off of school it has really felt like a vacation! Complete with a sunny Sunday boat ride after Mass!🥰🚤☀️Enjoy the rest of your weekend! 😘
