Pink and Neutral Baby Girl Nursery
Simple Updates to Create Girl Nursery A few changes we made to turn our former hand-me-down, boy nursery into a fresh, pink nursery fit for a tiny princess! Paint Is Great When we found out we were having a boy in late 2016, we didn’t bother painting our then guest room because it was already blue! In fact, most of Mister Gus’s first room was thrown together with what we had around because I felt like I had just finished his big sister’s nursery. How Not to Hang Wallpaper
Lessons I Learned While Hanging Wallpaper I made a few mistakes hanging wallpaper for the first time. And I’m sharing them with you so you don’t have to make the same ones! Unfortunately for Gus the room was very pink. Here’s what is looked like when I finished it up back in 2015 before…

Poofy Pom Pom Ceiling Mobile
Things are moving slowly, but surely in the nursery. Good thing since Baby Girl is expected to arrive in less than 8 weeks! Eek! My awesome parents bought us a beautiful crib and comfy glider which completed the major furniture needed in the nursery after I spruced up my old dresser. So now I’m starting to fill in the walls with pretty, shiny, girlie things! We positioned the crib in the corner opposite the door. It seems to work best for the particular configuration of doors and windows we have in this small room. But it leaves a big chunk of floor space empty behind it. And in order to…
